6. Delivery and Pickup

6.1 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or delivery service issues. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.

6.2 Pickup

For pickup orders, you are responsible for collecting your order within the specified time frame. Orders not collected within a reasonable time may be cancelled, and refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any errors or omissions in the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or data
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Restaurant and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Jacksonville, Florida.
